About Lizette
I was a clinician first, too. Now I help hearing clinic owners build the business skills they never taught you in your training.
Hi, I'm Lizette—founder of Hearpreneur Solutions and a business strategist for independent hearing clinics.
Like you, I started as a clinician first. With over 20 years in the hearing industry, I've worked in nearly every setting: large chains, independents, partnerships, and family-run clinics. I've been a clinician, a business owner, and a team leader—and I understand how rewarding (and overwhelming) this industry can be.
I learned the business side the hard way—through trial and error, long hours, and figuring it out as I went. Now, I work alongside start-ups and clinic owners who want clarity, sustainability, and support—without having to learn everything the hard way.
Through Hearpreneur Solutions, I help you build the business skills they never taught you in your training, so you can create a thriving practice that delivers excellent care and a great quality of life.

My Core Values
Care
I know what it's like to be overwhelmed by the business side while trying to deliver excellent clinical care. I work with genuine empathy—helping you create a business that supports your clients, your team, and your own wellbeing.
Authenticity
No buzzwords. No fluff. Just real, honest conversations about the challenges clinicians face when running a business. I show up as myself and encourage you to do the same—because authenticity builds trust, and trust builds sustainable businesses.
Impact
I'm here to make a meaningful difference by helping clinicians become confident business owners. That means helping you thrive, lead with clarity, and grow a practice that's not only profitable—but purpose-driven and community-minded.
